If you find any product to be defective in any way, return it to Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) for exchange or full refund once we confirm the problem. As in any mutual agreement involving financial considerations, each party accepts certain responsibilities and is expected to live up to them in good faith. 3. REPACKAGING SEAVERAH HEALTHCARE PTY (LTD) PRODUCTS
Under no conditions may a Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) product be repackaged. The labelling laws of state and federal agencies expressly forbid this. The Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) guarantee and product liability insurance are voided if repackaging occurs.
4. EXCLUSIVE Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) SALES
The intention of this policy is to protect the integrity of the sales team of Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) from other Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agents soliciting them to sell non-Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) products.
More success can be generated through concentrating one’s effort, resources, education, etc. on the Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) product line rather than diversifying.
5. UNFAIR COMPETITIVE PRACTICES
a. No Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agent, or his/her spouse, or any other person assisting or participating in a Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agent position, may solicit, invite, encourage or otherwise attempt to induce any other Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agent, to join any other direct selling company or to purchase or sell goods and/or services other than Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) goods and services.
b. The solicitation of a Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agents by another Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agent, to engage in any direct selling business other than Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) is strictly prohibited as an unfair competitive practice which will immediately jeopardise all Marketing Plan compensation.
c. Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agents may engage in non Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) Business activity, but they are prohibited from taking advantage of their knowledge of, or association with, other Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agents, to promote their non-Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) Business.
d. Husbands and wives are considered to be joint operators of their Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agent position as a single entity, regardless of whether both names appear on the Sales Agent Agreement. Each spouse is held accountable for compliance with the Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) Policies and Procedures and the Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) Code of Conduct.
e. Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agents shall not promote, discuss or offer any organisations, individuals or company other than Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) International, in the same forum with Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) business of any sort. While conducting any Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) Business activity, agents shall not provide any materials which promote any non- Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) Organisation, Business or Opportunity including social, political and religious association or materials which imply that there is an association between Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) and any other association or company.
f. Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agent meetings shall not be used as a forum to promote personal philosophies and beliefs or for any non-Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) promotional purpose.
g. The commission of an unfair competitive practice against Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) demonstrates disloyalty to Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd), a violation of the Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) Policies and Procedures, a violation of the Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) Code of Conduct and a general repudiation of the Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) Sales Agent Agreement which may result in disciplinary action including the cancellation of Seaverah Healthcare Pty (Ltd) agent status.
